From the waitlist signup form:

Your X (Twitter) handle
Your email address
Your niche and follower count
Your Premium X subscriber status
Optional survey responses (frustrations, hours spent, price expectations, readiness)

Automatically collected:

Browser type and version
Device type and operating system
Pages visited on our Site
IP address (for security and abuse prevention)

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

Send you a launch announcement email when we open doors
Understand what our future customers want (survey data is aggregated and anonymized for analysis)
Prioritize waitlist spots based on fit and readiness
Prevent spam and abuse of our form

We will never:

Sell your information to anyone, ever
Share your information with advertisers
Use your information for targeted advertising
Email you multiple times if you unsubscribe

We use minimal cookies on this Site:

Session cookies — temporary cookies required for the waitlist form to function
Consent cookie — remembers that you've acknowledged our cookie notice

4. Third-Party Services

The following third-party services process data on our behalf:

Formspree

Handles waitlist form submissions. Your form data is transmitted securely to Formspree and forwarded to us. See Formspree's Privacy Policy.

Cloudflare

Hosts our website and provides security. Cloudflare may log your IP address for security purposes. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.

Zoho Mail / Postmark

Delivers email communications to you. Your email address is processed by these services when we send you launch announcements.

5. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely with industry-standard protections:

All data transmitted to our Site is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS
Form submissions are stored in Formspree's secure infrastructure
We do not store credit card or payment information (no payments are collected at this stage)
Access to your data is limited to authorized Digital Studio 610 personnel only

6. Data Retention

We retain your waitlist information until:

You request deletion
You unsubscribe (we retain your email on a suppression list to ensure we don't email you again)
The waitlist period ends (90 days after launch, all non-customer waitlist data is purged)

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access — request a copy of all data we hold about you
Delete — request deletion of your data at any time
Correct — request correction of inaccurate data
Unsubscribe — opt out of all email communications
Object — object to any specific use of your data

8. GDPR (EU Users)

If you're located in the European Union, you have additional rights under the General Data Protection Regulation including the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Our legal basis for processing your data is your explicit consent when submitting the waitlist form.

9. CCPA (California Users)

If you're a California resident, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act including the right to know what personal information we collect and the right to request deletion. We do not sell personal information to third parties.

10. Children's Privacy

GETXPAID is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If we learn we've collected data from someone under 18, we will delete it immediately.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as our service evolves. Material changes will be communicated via email to everyone on the waitlist. The "Last Updated" date at the top reflects when this policy was most recently changed.
