Pre-Launch Notice: GETXPAID is currently in pre-launch. These terms cover your use of the waitlist signup form on this website only. Full service terms will be provided before any payment is collected.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the GETXPAID website ("Site") operated by Digital Studio 610 ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our Site.

2. Current Services

At this time, the Site provides only:

Informational content about our upcoming service
A pre-launch waitlist signup form

No paid services are currently offered through this Site. No payments are being collected. No services are currently being delivered.

3. Waitlist Signup

By submitting your information through the waitlist form, you agree to:

Receive email communications from us about our upcoming launch
Have your provided information stored and processed as outlined in our Privacy Policy
Confirm that the information you provide is accurate

You may unsubscribe from our email communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by emailing [email protected].

4. No Payment or Obligation

Joining the waitlist:

Does not require any payment
Does not obligate you to purchase anything at launch
Does not guarantee you access to the service
Does not guarantee any specific pricing, features, or timeline

Founding Father status, if offered at launch, will be subject to separate terms presented at that time. Joining the waitlist does not constitute a purchase or reservation.

5. Future Services

When GETXPAID launches its full service, separate and more comprehensive Terms of Service will be presented. You will be required to agree to those terms before any paid service begins. Those terms will cover:

Service description and scope
Payment, billing, and refund policies
Content ownership and delivery
Acceptable use policies
Service guarantees and limitations

6. No Automation Promise

We want to be clear from the start: GETXPAID will never access your X (Twitter) account, post on your behalf, or use automation tools that violate X's Terms of Service. Content will always be delivered for manual review and posting by you.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the GETXPAID Site — including design, copy, logos, and branding — is the property of Digital Studio 610. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse Site content without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties about:

The accuracy or completeness of pre-launch information
The timing, pricing, or availability of the future service
The specific features that will be included at launch

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digital Studio 610 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent changes.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in Northampton County, Pennsylvania.
